Legal & Compliance

Trade Compliance Statement

Light in Vision Logistics is committed to conducting logistics operations in compliance with applicable trade, customs and sanctions laws.

This Statement summarizes our approach to sanctions screening, restricted goods and export control responsibilities.

Sanctions & Embargoes

We do not knowingly participate in transactions that violate international or local sanctions and embargo regimes.

Where appropriate, we may conduct checks against relevant sanctions lists and may decline or suspend services if a shipment, party or transaction raises compliance concerns.

Restricted & Prohibited Goods

Certain categories of goods may be restricted, prohibited or subject to special permits under customs, safety, health or security regulations.

The Customer is responsible for declaring the true nature of the goods and obtaining any required licenses, permits or approvals prior to shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse handling of goods that appear non-compliant, unsafe or inconsistent with declared information.

Export Control & Dual-Use Items

Some products, technologies and software are subject to export control rules or classified as dual-use items.

Customers must ensure that exports, re-exports or transfers of such items comply with all applicable export control regulations and that any required authorizations are in place.

Roles & Responsibilities

While we support compliance efforts through documentation review and operational discipline, the primary responsibility for the legality of shipments rests with the Customer.

We may request additional information or documentation where compliance questions arise and may suspend or terminate services if adequate assurances cannot be provided.

Our Commitment

Trade compliance is part of our broader commitment to operational transparency, financial discipline and integrity, as reflected in our mission and values.

We aim to work with customers and partners who share this commitment and to continuously improve our processes in line with evolving regulations.
